Entain x McLaren F1 Team Returnship

RemoteUnited Kingdom, England, South-EastPartnership

Job description

Whatever your path, the Entain x McLaren – F1 Team Returnship aims to support women back into technology, data and engineering roles after a period of unemployment, underemployment or a focus on unpaid work.

We recognise that your expertise and experience is unique to you, so we aren’t offering a one size fits all approach. We will be guided by your career to date and your aspirations for the future to identify a suitable placement opportunity – and how you will be rewarded will reflect the same.

We know it can be daunting, but we’ve got your back.

Our 6 month returnship is supported by a pre joining event to reflect on your previous achievements and build confidence. On the programme, you’ll be supported 1 on 1 by a transitional coach who specialises in return to work. You’ll also be supported by a workplace buddy and mentor who will help you navigate the business.

We want you to get under the skin of both companies, so in addition to your core placement, you’ll complete a group project to address a live business challenge and network with our most senior executives through 1:1 coffee chats. Everyone will be focused on helping you build skills and realise your potential.

Your placement manager will set you clear and evolving objectives, provide you with regular support and feedback, and ensure you have capacity to fully undertake other aspects of the returnship.

At its conclusion, we aim to convert our returnshippers into full time hires. Who knows, you may even end up with more than one permanent job offer to select from.

From a practical perspective, we are flexible employers who want to make work, work for you. Staggered hours, part time - what this looks like may vary, but hybrid working comes as standard.
