At Arrow McLaren, we are always striving to build strength in our talent pipeline, so that when we have opportunities open for Internships, we are prepared to start making contacts to qualified candidates. When these opportunities arise, we have seasonal internships available within various departments including Engineering and Commercial.

Role Overview:

As an Arrow McLaren Intern, you will join a passionate crew to gain experience in motorsports by completing entry-level work and becoming proficient in various tasks. The right candidate will be self-motivated and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will work creatively in a team atmosphere while adhering to tight deadlines and remaining calm in high pressure situations.

Here at Arrow McLaren, we offer a range of different internship programs:

• Engineering Internships: Typically, a 2 or 3-month program during the summer (fall or winter dependent on the circumstance) where you will have the opportunity to work on projects and contribute to the team’s success. This program is for undergraduate students focusing on an area of study encompassing Engineering.
• Commercial Internships: Typically, a 2 or 3-month program during the summer (fall or winter dependent on the circumstance) where you will have the opportunity to join our Commercial department – comprised of our Social Media, Partnerships, Brand Experience, Communications, and Marketing team. This program is for undergraduate students focusing on an area of study related to areas similar to the Commercial team.

Job Requirements:

Requirements will vary by department, but we are looking for a talent that is passionate about a career in motorsport and who will help us on our fearless pursuit towards winning in every series we race in.
