Job description

Purpose of the Role:
You’ll support the Brand Experience team across F1 hospitality to deliver world class experiences globally for our partners, prospects, fans and VIPs. Your role will work closely across freight & logistics as well as delivery of partner integration. Attending events where required to ensure successful event delivery.
Role Dimensions:
You’ll join the Brand Experience team and sit within the F1 team reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Experience, F1. The team are fast paced, determined and look to push boundaries in everything they do through continuous review and innovation to provide the best guest experiences possible. If you join the team, you must be relentless in the pursuit of better and always look for ways to improve and build efficiencies across working practices.
Principal Accountabilities:
Contribute to the successful delivery of the McLaren trackside experiences programme at each Grand Prix and test event.
Maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients and outside suppliers.
Support the creation of accurate freight lists for items sent to each event and communicate to all parties.
Act as main point of contact with external companies regarding booking freight movements and ensuring they are within budget.
Support in dispatching of tickets via air freight where required.
Support and track all stock throughout the year and report findings to manager.
Support the creation of all risk assessments ensuring they are created and fully up to date for all races and events and shared with relevant parties.
Assist with licensing integration with our trackside experiences and support the launch of key campaigns into our environment.
Support with the delivery of all branded touchpoints within the trackside experiences environment.
Assist in tracking all experiences delivered in our spaces both for McLaren but also for our partners.
Support with post-event reporting, creating relevant documentation to allow us to create continuous improvement.
Support the creation of dashboards and utilise planning tools to assist in efficient event planning throughout each F1 season.
Provide management and colleagues with regular work updates and accurate forecasts.
Ensure that on-site duties and McLaren standards are maintained at each event.
Ensure that Health & Safety processes are adhered to by all parties including on-event suppliers.
Raise purchase orders and assist manager with monthly forecasts and budget reporting.
Attend Grand Prix and test events throughout the year as required, working some weekends and evenings.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Essential
A keen interest in developing and improving processes and excellent IT skills are required.
Being able to work well under pressure is essential.
Able to adopt systematic and pro-active approach that will ensure task completion.
Capacity to multi-task over several on-going projects and able to define priorities.
The ability to successfully build and manage good relationships at all levels.

Fluent in English and other languages an advantage.

McLaren Racing is based at the iconic McLaren Technology Centre (MTC) near Woking.
