Senior Graphics Installer

Purpose of the Role: As the Sr. Graphics Installer, you will join a passionate crew that will service and maintain our IndyCar for a high-performance, high-speed experience on the track. The right candidate must have motorsport graphic installation experience, preferably with IndyCar vinyl, and will be self-motivated while being able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will work creatively in a team atmosphere while adhering to tight deadlines and remaining calm in high pressure situations.  

Principal Accountabilities: 

• Adhere to Company brand guidelines, with a creative eye and attention to detail 

• Detail car wrapping and logo placement before each race 

• Maintain facility and track cleanliness and upkeep of equipment and area 

• Collaborate closely with car chiefs and mechanics  

• Adaptability to learn installing many different materials such as windscreen tear offs, window tint, heli tape, etc, in addition to vinyl 

• Must be willing to travel to all races and tests if needed  

• Other duties as assigned by the department manager 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:  

• Proven minimum 2+ years of experience in motorsports as a graphic installer 

• High attention to detail and verbal communication skills 

• Successful conflict resolution and problem-solving 

• Able to complete projects under tight deadlines and quick turnaround times, including working extended hours when necessary 

• Able to work off-site and travel, including to remote locations such as racetracks 

• Must be able to lift and move items that are up to 60 lbs  

• Organized, and proven experience to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 

• Professional yet friendly personality required to interact with all team members and visitors 

• Must have a valid driving license.
